This season’s fashion week is brimming with new color

You might be buying cardigans and switching dark lipstick for the start of autumn, but fashion has already moved on, straight into the Spring/Summer 2025 season. This New York Fashion week has showcased amazing designers, styles, textures and my personal favorite – colors.
Here are 5 colors that made an impact on the runways this week.
Pastel Green
This color was seen in both fabrics and makeup, especially messy eyes. Think of it as an upgraded brat color, with grungier vibes.
Butter Yellow
This yellow tone was seen on mini dresses, pantsuits and skirts in Sergio Hudson’s collection, as well as in oversized tops and cardigans at Who Decides War. It’ll be a perfect addition to any wardrobe for the warm weather.
Bright Red
Seen at the Bach Mai Spring 2025 Ready-To-Wear show, this color is bold and dazzling, perfect for their tooled and satin skirts. It was also seen in monochrome and color blocking looks.
Mauve
Similar to pastel green, mauve is popping up in clothes and faces. This cool tone color is different then the warm vibes we normally see, but we are so excited for this glam trend next year.
Sage
According to Vogue Business, sage is the new neutral for SS25, with the color trendy on both runways and on social media. We should expect to see it in matching sets and paired with camel or white.
